The Fast and Fixed method is a procedure aimed at complete aesthetic transformation and rehabilitation of chewing function. It combines the extraction of all teeth that are not suitable for treatment, the placement of implants and fixed teeth on them within 3-5 days. This method is designed to provide patients with beautiful teeth as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The procedure is performed following a preliminary implantology treatment plan, which requires X-ray examinations: a panoramic image and CBCT (3D). Teeth that are not suitable for treatment are extracted, then 4-8 implants are placed in each jaw, replacing the roots of the removed teeth. Permanent teeth are then attached to these implants.

Advantages of the Fast and Fixed method include:
- Quick recovery: Due to the small number of steps, the recovery time is shorter compared to traditional methods.
- Functionality: Patients regain 100% of their chewing function. The teeth, fixed to the implants, do not need to be removed and reattached by the patient. Patient care for the construction is mandatory during and after treatment. They must be thoroughly cleaned morning and evening with a brush, toothpaste, and mouthwash.
- Aesthetics: The permanent teeth placed using the Fast and Fixed method are highly aesthetic. The shape and color of the new teeth are discussed and chosen together with the patient.
- Optimisation of the dental procedure: The surgical manipulation + impressions for the construction are done in 1-3 hours.
- Optimal results with reduced treatment time.
- Enhanced stability of the teeth: The temporary teeth are also fixed to the implants.

Important: Despite its advantages, the Fast and Fixed method is not suitable for all patients. When choosing this method, it is important to conduct a thorough medical examination and discuss the benefits and risks with the doctor.
