Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book an appointment?
Contact our administrator on 02 99 22 075 or 0888269893.
He will offer you the most convenient appointment with a specialist according to your needs. You are welcome.
Do you work with the Bulgarian National Health Insurance Fund?
Since its launch, the Donident Clinic has been working with the National Health Insurance Fund to provide a more convenient and affordable service to our patients.
All you need to bring is your health booklet, which is taken from your GP, and make sure your insurance is not interrupted.
How often should I come for a professional teeth cleaning?
On average, it is accepted to get a dental hygiene cleaning every 6 months, but practice shows that for some this period is very long and for others very short. That is why the Donident team determines an individual period for each of our patients, according to the needs of each.
What can I expect from the dental tartar cleaning?
At the Donident clinic we use high quality ultrasound, which breaks down and scrapes away the tartar structure by oscillating the ultrasound frequency. An airbrush is then used to polish the surface of each cleaned tooth under high pressure and a special soda.
The procedure is painless. Some patients even describe it as pleasant with a pleasant feeling of clean and whitened teeth remaining.
How long is the dental tartar cleaning procedure?
The time needed for a quality cleaning is also individual and depends on the amount of tartar that has been built up.
In a healthy patient this happens faster, while in a patient with gingivitis and/or periodontitis it takes longer, sometimes more than one visit, to address the problem.
